Our Feature Roadmap
We want Emmet to be everyone's favorite companion for exploring papers and other technical content. Emmet can make learning fun and efficient, allow you to go both fast and deep, study on your own or with others, on your laptop or while walking in the park. Here are the features we plan to implement in order to achieve our goal.
Every paper builds on what came before and contributes to what comes after. We are working to construct a citation graph that will allow us to pull context from citations into queries, powering more sophisticated responses and deeper understanding.
We are building a multimodal LLM integration to allow you to ask questions about figures, formulas, and tables
By just asking, you should be able to prompt Emmet to generate visualization, implement algorithms, and create charts of the science you're learning about.
We are building the capability to store, edit, and export conversation transcripts to enhance your learning process.
We are building capabilities to listen to and ask questions about your paper with your friends and colleagues for collaborative study sessions
We are working to add high-quality voices, as well as additional personalities and support for more languages
We are building a mobile app for Emmet, allowing you to listen to your favorite papers at the gym or while taking a walk
Emmet's future AI will be more proactive, helping to guide you through the paper as well as quiz you for knowledge
Based on your reading history, Emmet will suggest more papers for you to read and become more proficient in your area of study
